Fantastic Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was amazed at how they could effortlessly switch between languages at the front desk. It was like watching a multilingual orchestra in action!
Minor Issue: Limited TV channels.

It was good home base for traveling to Istanbul, I was glad to stay there. I really enjoyed the room on the closet. The location very close to metro station was great and good. Popped in Zucca Pizza for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue👍😀🙂

My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like the pictures online. We loved the key location, only a 10-minute walk to the square and a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
We did have a few small issues during our stay. The air conditioning system was not working properly and we experienced some power outages.

There were no mirrors in the room except for a small shaving mirror in the bathroom.

Located near a metro station, this hotel seems like a convenient spot for exploring the city. the breakfast is decent and the receptionists try their best to help guests with tour recommendations. In some rooms, there are spacious and clean bathrooms which might impress guests.
The language barrier can be an issue as staff don't seem to understand English well and it can take a while to sort out any issues.

We even found it convenient to reach the Indian consulate in Istanbul from here. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always prompt and efficient. We also appreciated the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. The airport shuttle was a great convenience and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were great too, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus.
